This project was designed to create a bathroom and laundry room out of 70 square ft of dilapidated enclosed porch.

The bathroom in this 1915 Bungalow started out as a barely enclosed laundry room with sagging floor and broken windows.  We split the the space to turn half into a functional laundry room and half into a master bathroom.  The walls were well insulated and air sealed to save energy and salvage materials were used to cut costs and for their historic character.

This door was found at an antique store in midtown for $15 and matches the look of the room and the house.
